Motion to ban VoxPops during the recession

Newstalk just did a voxpop for the Moncrieff show, asking people about the latest dole figures etc.
Almost everyone’s response was that the problem in Ireland was “foreigners taking all our jobs”.
It was more than a little depressing.
Does the press council have the power to ban vox pops for a couple of years? Think we might need it..
